The world is your matrix

The world is what we create it to be; it's a Matrix. Remember the movie. There is so much truth to it. We've witnessed so many things happening in our own lives to show us these things. The most important idea is to understand that you have the power to shape your reality. Embrace the concept that your thoughts and beliefs directly influence your experiences, and begin consciously creating the life you desire.

Some people might say I have my head in the clouds, but what does that really mean. I truly believe that, this world we are living in right now, is something we have created. You can create anything you want, or don't want unfortunately, depending on the way you think and feel. I am no expert, but I have had some instances throughout life, that have brought me to where I am today. I am still thriving for the next level. The game we play called life, can have as many levels as we allow it to be. I will be sharing some insights on what I believe to be true, what has worked for me, practices I think everyone should try and real life examples, and evidence that you can create anything. 

 

Planting the seeds of belief

Not everything negative needs to stay that way. Sometimes something negative or bad happens to push you towards the path you are trying to create. Sometimes it takes longer than you plan, but the reality is, it takes as long as you let it. Think of planting a seed in the garden; you don't continually check it, or dig it up to make sure it's still there, you just know. It's the same with manifesting, you just need to believe it and feel it and know it, and it will come.

What Are Dreams About

The other night I had this dream,that makes no sense. I write them down as I go and with manifesting and go to sleep in my wish fulfilled this is what I have come to interpret of the latest "weird" one.  There was a spider on the floor in the living room, and I was screaming. My dad was there to kill it. My mom was telling me to calm down so I was yelling at her. My dad told her to let me yell, let me get through it, Next thing I know I'm feeling these pains at the base of my head under my hair. I pull my hair up and feel and I feel these round things biting at my head. I grab them and pull hard ripping them out and throwing them on the ground. There are 3 of them. Black little round things with teeth. Basically it ended. What did I take from this? Well when you go to sleep with stress on your mind, that is what you can expect to keep having happen. I have been really focusing on going to sleep with a smile, with the end result. What am I working towards and dreaming of it already being here. I am constantly working towards shifting my reality, and it all starts when you go to sleep. Now this wasn't a lucid dream. I have had plenty of those, and Ill get into those later. This was my subconscious telling me to stop letting stress grab a hold of me. My dad was always the one who let me scream, Whenever I see him in a dream, knowing that he has passed away. I am able to pull myself out of it and watch from  the outside. Hard to explain, but when you excercise your brain, you can consciously change things, even in a dream. The round balls with teeth, trying to take control of me and shift my mind. I took control and ripped them out, I took my power back. When it comes to manifesting, the first thing you need to realize is you cant WANT it. You need to focus on already having it. I watch Elmer O Locker Jr. on YouTube. and the teachings I am getting there have been monumental for me. I'm going to get more into dreams, especially the lucid ones next. stay tuned. Who do You Want To Be

  I just got back from vacation, and have had quite a few things happen that have made me think. Manifestation is real, the Law of Attraction is real.  I listen to a channel on YouTube. Elmer O Locker Jr. These videos have really changed my concept of life and who I am and who I want to be. There are some exercises I have been implementing in my life, and seeing results, and the glitches that happen in my reality have been fascinating to me and I wanted to share some things. One video in particular I listened to talked about just being happy. Waking up and going to sleep happy and grateful. This really works. Have you ever went to bed mad, or stressed, only to wake up feeling the same way. Then everything that happens to you in the day you blame the world for the bad day? The cycle continues, following by saying nothing ever happens that is good, or I always have bad luck? Believe me, that was how i used to live my life and guess what, that was exactly what I got. Bad luck, bad days, lacking in all aspects.  We were at a point where were were scraping by and didn't have much. Fast forward to the present moment and I am not that girl anymore. I am extremely grateful for what we have and where we are in life, because it keeps getting better and better. So what changed? I decided I wanted to be someone with abundance, and I stated a journey of meditating and really paying attention to the worked around me. The world as we know it is real, imagination creates reality and who you want to be is right in front of you. You just need to wake up and see it. The most powerful time of day is before you fall asleep and right when you wake up. Try going to sleep picturing who you want to be, what you are wanting in your life. Feel it and believe it to be true. Wake up, thankful for what you have and have gratitude, you will start to see things shift. Trust me this works. It takes work though, lots of inner work. You cant just say an affirmation, you have to feel it, live it and believe it. I learned in Elmers videos to start small, try to create something in your reality that you wouldn't expect. The ladder exercise  is one i did and well as another with butterflies. These are things I focus on often, as a reminder that what happened in my day is in my total control. They are also reminders to stay focused and breathe, This week getting back to work after vacation, although its been busy and stressful I have been so incredibly happy and refreshed. I was asked to climb up on a ladder at work and a friend of mine randomly got a butterfly tattoo. Among many other things. So why stay small, manifest bigger. When one door closes, it is because the one on the other side is where you need to be, its pushing you to your wish fulfilled and the so called bad things that are happening are for your benefit. While on vacation the weather was supposed to be really bad, but I constantly went to sleep with good weather on my mind and guess what. It wasn't perfect weather but it didn't storm everyday like they said and we had a lots of beautiful days. When these little glitches happen it makes it easier every time to do it again, because  now you believe it. Start today. Start becoming the best part of yourself, start on your journey to live in your wish fulfilled and be who you want to be.

Imagination Creates Reality

After reading what I wrote at the beginning of the month, I can already see some changes and want to touch back on this but in more depth. I just finished ready the book Who Moved my Cheese by Dr. Spencer Johnson, and I highly recommend it. It is not necessarily about the Law of Attraction, but it does touch on the way we act and react to things and how that shifts your life and identity. With that plus some other exercises I have been implementing, I am really noticing a difference in how I carry myself which in return is shifting the world around me. Can you think of something you want and focus on it long enough to block out all outside distractions? I am in the process of training my brain to do just this, not just thinking about something, but visualizing it to be true. Feel it, taste it, hear it, see it. I have spent a lot of time trying to master this, without outside noises distracting me. I have also learned that right before you go to sleep what you are imagining or visualizing is what your brain holds onto, it shapes your day and ultimately your life. Your feeling state. So as hard as it is I am really practicing when I go to sleep to block out all distractions, to focus on what I am trying  to create. One thing I have focused on, just to keep it simple is butterflies. I would just focus on them, look at pictures, go to sleep with them flying all around. Believe it or not I started seeing them everywhere, more than normal. If I can do that with butterflies, the possibilities are endless. Just a few thoughts, and tricks I have learned. I am still learning, but truly believe what you seek out will seek you back if you feel it deep enough to know it is real and you already have it. The universe recognizes feelings not wants, feel what you want. You will get it. Watch for the signs, they are there.

This is Happening For Me

I have has some realizations, after listening to some of the channels i love on YouTube and just doing my own inner work. In reference to some aches and pains I talk about in my Peri..Meno..What tab. I have had some severe body pains, and for the life of me i couldn't figure out why this is happening. Now some people might say, that is just life, or someone else might say its just bad luck, or bad stuff always happens to me and that is how I used to be. The truth of it is, if you are trying to manifest something, then something "bad" happens, sometimes it is happening in your favor to help your manifestation come to light. For example. I have been trying to lose a few unwanted pounds, I have a vacation coming up and I want to feel and look good on the beach. I'm a very active person and for the most part eat healthy. Workout everyday. No changes, nothing is happening. Then I hurt myself running, and it has made me have to stop high impact workouts and focus more on my core. I am still getting a great workout and i am also finally starting to see my midsection get a little more toned. So I look at my injury as not happening to me for a bad reason, it is happening to push me to what I was trying to achieve in the first place. We need to look at each instance like this in that way, that is how you get your life, your wish fulfilled. You need to step into the version of you that you are wanting to be, and see everything as a stepping stone to the next level. If you keep thinking it is just all bad luck, then that feeling will go to the universe and that's what you'll keep getting....until you see the lesson and say this is happening for me not to me. Ask yourself what is this trying to teach me, sometimes it might even be a lesson for someone else, it is not always black and white. Who do you want to be. What is your I am? Its all about changing your mindset, it takes time and discipline, but your world can be everything you have ever dreamed it to be.

I used to live in the negative. Id be running late for work and hit a red light, or some other chaos happens and I would get so upset. id yell out to the world thanking it for ruining my day and guess what, that's exactly what happened. My day sucked. How many times have you done that, and noticed the same thing?

Affirmations are key! There has always been some part of me that believed in the unknown. My dad always told me I could have anything I wanted. You have to believe that though, and live like that.

Affirmations I love.

 

Now you can say them to yourself or out loud, it depends on my mood for the day. I do both. Sometimes hearing it out loud makes it feel like it has been pushed out into the universe but also to yourself, you feel the inner work. So go with what feels good to you.

there is not a wrong way to do this, it is about the way you feel, and how you believe. When using affirmations though, you need to feel it, believe it and be it. Its all about your mindset.
